Performance Pilates Class is designed to help you strength train in a safe, nurturing environment.
If you want to increase bone density, create more mobility in your joints, increase flexibility and power then this class is for you! A blend of mobility, strength, plyometrics and core work, you will FEEL the work and learn to lift safely without a gym membership!
If you are new to strength training, you will learn correct lifting techniques and take away exercises that you can confidently do at home if you wish to do more.
Please note you need to bring your own weights to this class - 2 lighter hand weights and 1 heavy for lower body.
