Menopause & Movement Workshop

Join us for an afternoon of education, movement & support.

This 2.5 hour workshop will go through all you need to know to navigate perimenopause and menopause stage of life. Claire is a registered nurse and women’s health specialist and has a fountain of valuable knowledge which is easy to use and implement into your daily life.

Rachel will guide you through a movement class focusing on targeted exercises to help with bone density, pelvic floor and also incorporating breath work strategies to lower stress levels and anxiety.

Delicious protein rich snacks will be homemade by The Kleen Kitchen for some healthy snack inspiration!
